Objectives of the Position

As part of the Regional Human Resources Team, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager and mainly support the team in various human resources’ projects.

Main Tasks
·  Support in various Regional Human Resources’ projects such as

a. Career Development Framework

b. Specialist Development Framework

c. Succession Planning Management

d. Mentoring Program Management

e. Training Program Coordination / Management

·  Perform various administration tasks as and when required Requirements
·  Ideally commit to: -

a. 3-month full-time internship from June to August 2020; and

b. 9-month part-time internship (20 hours per week) from September 2020 to May 2021

· 
Students of Bachelor Degree or Master’s Degree in Bachelor Administration, Human Resources or of related discipline

·  Preferably with past internship experience / project management skills
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office
·  High proficiency in oral and written English
·  Proactive, attentive to details and independent
· 
Able to work independently and enjoy challenging exposure to various tasks given
