Expert Purchase to Pay

Area: Finance

Requirements:

·  Education: Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration, Logistics, Technology (non-exclusive).
·  Languages: Fluent in English, Portuguese (non-exclusive), Spanish.
·  Tools: SAP, Excel, Business Analytics.
·  Skills: Entrepreneurial behavior, strong communicational skills, customer focus, innovative drive, analytical thinking and problem solving.

Main Tasks:

 

·  Provide support to the Head of Purchase to Pay Finance for achieving corporate targets and act as a role model within the P2P One Team Culture.
·  Provide professional guidance to the teams and customers applying innovative methodologies for continuous improvement.
·  Foster networking, digitalization and leadership.
·  Participate in the Global Finance Shared Services Organization adding value to the different global communities.
·  Establish a close coordination with Procurement, Treasury, local finance and corporate functions.
·  Enhance and develop concepts for optimization and implementation of solutions.
·  Manage Knowledge and innovation. Analyze best practice solutions, implementation of innovation and set process standards throughout the department. Develop and convey knowledge.
·  Lead projects. Ensure coordination across the teams, improve system configuration.
