  Objectives:
·  Execution of laboratory work within the application lab
· 
Execution of application tests, preparation of guideline formulations to show product's performance advantage in various industries

Main Tasks:

· 
Responsible for bioprocessing screening lab tests e.g. emulsification/dispersion, defoaming and scale cleaning etc. Build up some simple bioprocessing simulation assessment tools and methods in lab

· 
Support the application development of products in bioprocessing and other industries. Develop technical solution and provide technical service to customers.

· 
Support team leader to initiate new projects, take care of the collaboration with research partners and monitor the project progress

· 
Documentation, analysis, interpretation and presentation of obtained results
  Requirements:
·  Education: BSc or MSc in biology/chemistry or related area
· 
Working experience: at least 1/2 years of working experience in a laboratory environment, experience in the bioprocessing

·  Patience and passion to do complicated and exploratory development work
· 
Technical & professional knowledge: chemistry, safety, lab operations, standard IT-applications for documentation and reporting

·  English writing
