Performance Chemicals Manufacturing Engineering Internship – Summer 2020 (Middle Georgia Locations -Gordon & McIntyre, GA Plants)

Our internship program combines hands-on experience with unparalleled networking opportunities designed to accelerate your manufacturing career within the Performance Chemicals group at BASF.

Program Summary

We offer Engineering students the opportunity to spend a summer working at one of our North American Manufacturing BASF sites: Gordon, GA and McIntosh, AL. Interns will participate in a variety of Engineering projects which will in turn provide the opportunity to further develop both technical and professional skills. These practical and meaningful assignments will give interns the ability to apply what they’ve learned in school.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…

§  Major in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, and Mechanical).

Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.2). College Sophomores and Juniors (December 2020 – August 2021 grads). Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S. Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Outstanding work ethic. Agility/Leadership Potential. Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations. Bilingual a plus.Previous internship/co-op experience.
