Junior Legal Counsel (F/H)

Job description

Key responsibilities
· Participate to AXA Group Operations' executive's protection from any legal, regulatory and compliance impacts related to AXA GO business and decisions;
· Part of the mission is to develop policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance;
· Advise, structure, influence and monitor the conclusion of a wide range of agreements with vendors and other third parties regarding License and Services IT/IP contracts including data privacy, bribery, real estate, labor, securities, tax, trademarks in French, international private/commercial laws;
· Legal interventions are based on complex legal researches and investigation;
· Participate to the training, raise awareness explain legal /regulatory / compliance items to non-legal people (Knowledge Management);
· Manage legal risk assessment.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

SKILLS

·  High level of legal and regulatory skills with middle experience in French law.
·  High level of understanding of IT business and related legal/regulatory items.
·  Ability to introduce non-legal population to legal subjects and items (Knowledge Management).
·  Having competent written and spoken communication abilities to support stakeholders.
·  Ability to identify and propose solutions to resolve legal issues.
·  Work in an International context – Speak fluently English – negotiate in French law.
·  Maintain technical expertise in field and promote it internally.

PROFILE

·  First experience in counseling in business and IT environments.
·  High standards knowledge in IT law, contract, litigations, etc.
·  In-depth understanding of how legal, business and financial issues can impact the company.
·  Ability to develop legal strategy and clear objectives.
·  High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and capability to develop broader networking.
·  Recognized Postgraduate Legal degree.
