Job description



This role will be based at the AXA Group's headquarters working within the Group Investment Monitoring Team, part of the Group Investment and ALM department. The Group Investment Monitoring team leads the reporting, monitoring and controlling of investments at the AXA Group level.

Role and Responsibilities :

The mission is to contribute to data quality standard implementation within the Group ensuring improved data quality and visibility/transparency of the key processes. It encompasses supporting the initial design, review and enhancement of the processes implemented in the data management tool, regular data quality reports production including quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Perform data quality activities

· Perform root cause analysis and issue mitigation in collaboration with Data stewards to define remediation plans and 2nd line of defense monitoring.
· Define metrics (KPI's and KRI's) together with Data stewards to measure and monitor data quality
· Elaborate and produce data quality dashboards to ensure the following data quality dimensions: freshness, completeness, conformity, consistency, integrity and accuracy
· Provide recommendation to the Data stewards
· Contribute to design solutions using the new Master Data Management tool in implementation phase

Report Enhancement

· Continual enhancement and implementation of new reporting ideas and views
· Support report enhancements using Spotfire & Hadoop Big data platform

Qualifications :

Education :
·  Engineer or Business School (Finance / Economics / Accounting)
·  Mathematics / Statistics School
Expected skills :
·  Technical Skills
·  Fluent English is essential (all meeting, notes, presentation in English),
·  Good knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments
·  Good understanding of data administration and management functions
·  Familiar with modern database and information system technologies
·  Knowledge of Spotfire, Access or SQL is a plus.
·  Soft Skills and Competencies
