Job description
POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES
· Develop and deploy the Global AXA IT Service Continuity Policy in alignment with sponsors and stakeholders' expectations [aligned to ISO standard]
· Manage the Groups IT Service Continuity Program, ensuring compliance to policy, identifying industry best practices that complement AXA governance and strategy
· Develop and deploy the Global AXA IT Service Continuity strategy to facilitate the ability to comply with the requirements of the business to test critical IT services end to end
· Manage the Groups IT Service Continuity Program, ensuring compliance to policy and adhere to contractual obligations
· Participate in the Business Resilience horizon scanning activities, to establish future developments and identify areas of risk
· Provision of best practice materials for global entities to utilize
· Establish relationship with entity ITSCM representatives and develop their own compliant programs along with the necessary training and guidance through deployment to business as usual activities
· Establish and support a program of annual testing of IT recovery plans, training and guiding global entities as required
· Provide continuous compliance monitoring of global entities and provide executive governance reporting. Including the quality assurance of IT Service Continuity, plans procedures and associated materials, training events and skill sets
· Be the expert, serve as the global point of contact for IT SCM and provide professional support to the crisis management team at time of a crisis
Scope: This position will have a key impact on the strategy and business resilience model for the Group
Stakeholders: his/her sponsors, stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Finance, Project Management Office, Local Information Security teams, Group CSO N-1 and N-2, Regional CISOs, CPO (Country Project Officer) community, Group and Global Crisis Management Teams and Crisis Leaders and internal IT service providers, vendors
POSITION MAIN ACTIVITIES
· Develop IT Service Continuity Management Strategy
· Provides direct input to the information technology organization for the development of IT recovery requirements
· Be the expert, serve as the point of contact for global deployment and good governance
· Equip the team [wider ITSCM Manager's community], develop and educate
· Design and facilitation of the ITSCM management implementation
· Development and facilitation of training of ITSCM Teams
· Quality assurance of the global ITSCM program
· Provide subject matter expertise and support to associated business resilience teams
· Develop and support, IT recovery testing and exercises, define and secure relevant resources required to deliver within scope
· Manage the IT service continuity budget
· Support the annual Operational Resilience conference
· Support the crisis management teams at time of crisis
Desired profile
Qualifications :
PROFILE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Certifications
· Certification [CBCP/MBCP/MBCI] – Desirable
· ITIL
Overall work experience in the field
· At least 8 years' experience working as an ITSCM/IT DR manager
· Broad understanding of IT operations
· Experience working within a global environment
