Alternance - Risk Management Junior Analyst

Job description

The Risk Management team at AXA IM – Real Assets is responsible for oversight and control of the investment risks (market, credit, counterparty, liquidity, leverage) born by the funds under management, and of the operational risks linked to our business and processes.

The team of 5 professionals sits within the larger AXA IM Risk Management team but is dedicated to the AXA IM – Real Assets. The scope of assets under management includes; property funds, infrastructure funds, loans funds, and listed portfolios of bonds and equities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assist Risk Managers in the preparation and evaluation of risk indictors and stress tests;
- Assist in the valuation process for real estate, infrastructure and loan assets;
- Prepare reporting for internal meetings and committees;
- Provide support on various analytical projects

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Education:
• Studying for a master's in Finance / Economics / Real Estate or another relevant field

Technical skills:
• Strong analytical aptitude and background in financial analytics
• Excellent knowledge of Excel required
• Excellent presentational skills in PPT required
• Fluent spoken and written English required (all work to be delivered in English)

Personal skills/behavioural competencies:
• A team player, eager to assist
• A fast learner
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy

Any other experience not necessary but always a plus:
• Knowledge or strong interest in : real estate / infrastructure / risk management
