Traineeship Description:
This position reports to the Head of Training & Competency.
This is an Executive role with exposure to full spectrum of technical excellence and sophistication in human interactions, both necessary to help you build the structure for a strong career path.
Specific Responsibilities:
Trainee to be involved in:
· Liaising with Wealth Managers and interviewing Team leaders to identify and assess Training and Development needs.
· Compiling & presenting info to the Head of Department (HOD).
· Exposure to a Virtual world of Training Facilitation.
· Explore/develop or enhance the existing online training platform and create forums for constant interaction with Wealth Managers.
· Opportunity to expose and develop yourself in the field of Human Development.
· Support in ad-hoc Training projects as and when rolled out by HOD.
· Learning the operational workflow of executing training sessions in an end-to-end manner.
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:
· Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
· Strong verbal and written presentation skills
· Effective communication skill
· Future-ready mindset
· Emotional Intelligence
· Personal Effectiveness - Microsoft Office suite for efficiency and productivity.
Highest Qualification:
A degree in Management or Business
Duration of Traineeship/s:
9 months
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020
c. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
