Traineeship Description:

Specific Responsibilities:

Trainee to be involved in:

1.     Work with Product Engagement Manager to review new Product and Product Day 2 and assess the efforts and costings.

2.     Assist the Product Delivery Manager in the Product Delivery Meetings to discuss and track the activities for the product launch

3.     Assist the Product Engagement Manager in the Product Day 2 Prioritization meetings agree and track the delivery of the Product Day 2 items in the Book of Works

4.     Utilise spreadsheets and tools to track budgets, dates and other request information

Co-ordinate meetings and track progress in the Book of Works

Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:

1. Understand the different insurance products and the operations process to administer them

2. Observe and participate in prioritization forums with users

3. Learn how to facilitate meetings and manage team dynamics and conflict management 4. How to engage internal stakeholders and external vendors professionally

Highest Qualification:

Polytechnic Diploma

Duration of Traineeship/s:

9 months

Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:

Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and

a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or

b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020

c.  Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
