Job description
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract based at our site in Cherrywood.
An exciting administrator role has arisen in the Individual Pensions team.
You will report to the Team Leader and will work within a team of 12.
Purpose of the role
To provide excellent service to our customers & brokers. Bringing value for our policy holders through;
Going above and beyond what is required to meet their needs
Resolving any issues first time
High Quality Administration
Duties & Responsibilities
All aspects of administration on customer policies
Respond to emails, driving first point resolution as much as possible
Establish relationships to understand what the customer or broker needs
Protect our customers and Aviva by preventing fraud and meeting our legislative requirements
Deal with customer complaints and log appropriately
Understand and drive our purpose
Prioritise and manage your own workload to meet the varying needs of customers and brokers
Make decisions in the interests of customers which are adequately balanced and reflect fair customer outcomes
Work closely with other members of the team and offer support to others to help them tackle customer and broker challenges
Skills & Experience required
Knowledge of regulatory requirements; including conduct risk, money laundering, financial crime and Data Protection
An understanding of Micorsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication
Problem solving skills
Highly organised
