Job description
Traineeship Description:
This position reports to the IFRS17 team lead and works closely with IFRS17 actuarial team members as well as finance team. The individual will gain understanding in the new Standards and assist in the setup and assessment.
Specific Responsibilities:
Trainee will be involved in:
· Assist in product feature assessment by reviewing pricing reports
· Assist in review of reinsurance treaty
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:
· Improve understanding on insurance products as well as reinsurance.
· Develop understanding on new standard IFRS17.
· Develop Prophet skill.
· Improve communication skill through discussion and sharing session with relevant stakeholders (other team members, finance etc)
Highest Qualification:
- Polytechnic Diploma
Duration of traineeship:
- 6 months
