·  At least 4-6 years relevant experience supporting Windows 2003/2008/2012/2016 technologies
·  Demonstrated knowledge of HP/IBM/Dell/UCS system management tools, Active Directory, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Clustering, TCP/IP networking concepts, and Terminal Server.
·  Strong working knowledge of ITIL-based processes/procedures (Incident & Change management), storage connectivity (SAN, NAS, iSCSI, etc.), and enterprise networking. 
·  Experience with BladeLogic or a similar automation framework is required.
