Assignments

Your activities include the analysis of technical requirements for hardware and software solutions and the integration into solutions in the CNS environment. They are used in the development of new software components as well as the system integration of given COTS/MOTS products in military or civil environments. Within the scope of the analysis you evaluate the resulting integration efforts and the risks for the use of the component in CNS's own cloud architecture.
You will work out solution proposals according to the specifications of the offer and conduct/accompany customer acceptance according to the customer's service description. To carry out change requests, you analyse customer requirements and carry out research and evaluations for implementation.
For already integrated components, you carry out continuous life cycle analyses as part of the maintenance to ensure that they are used in the architecture. Selected components are prepared as building blocks for use in the cloud architecture. You do this by configuring the building blocks and documenting them for later use by other areas. You create necessary installation scripts and installation documentation and prepare the quality assurance of the building block with the responsible testers.
Based on customer requirements, you extend the module so that it can be used flexibly in projects. Here you make sure that the module can be further used in already realized projects or create a migration instruction.

Within the scope of problem analyses, you will carry out analyses in the customer area and will also work with the customer to identify problems in the customer system and develop appropriate solutions.
As part of the preparation of quotations for existing and new customers, you will be involved in all relevant parts of the quotation and will also independently carry out POCs in the customer's environment.
To implement larger integration projects, they coordinate smaller teams (up to 5 employees) in the division in close consultation with an architect.

Documentation is carried out in accordance with V-Modell XT.

 

Requirements

For this position you will have a university degree in computer science and/or a comparable qualification. Ideally you have experience in programming (Visual Basic, C#, Java, Scripting) and system integration on Windows platforms (Windows Server, Windows Client, Microsoft as well as Windows Applications). Knowledge of network technologies and encryption, virtualization techniques (HyperV, VMWare) and military know-how are advantageous.

The employee has at least three years of experience in system integration.
