  Position Title:

Call Center as a Service Pre-Sales Consultative Engineer

 

  Location:

100% remote within the United States (up to 40% travel).

 

Position Summary:

Atos is hiring an experienced (5+ years) CCaaS Presales Engineer to join our team. You will be supporting a sales group of Cloud Communications specialists addressing customer’s technical needs and business strategy, building successful solutions, and adding to a winning culture. Basic Requirements/General Responsibilities:

·  Assist sales team through preparation and delivery of technical presentations and statements of work by matching specific client business requirements into effective technical solutions.
·  Maintain high level knowledge of industry and product knowledge, especially as it relates to technical strengths and weaknesses to create and execute successful win strategies.
·  Using a consultative approach, work directly with customers to capture business requirements, share best practices, make recommendations, and document the optimal design.
·  Perform technical benefits assessment for customers by gaining detailed understanding of their environment
·  This role will support business development activities by providing demonstrations of CCaaS solutions, engaging in the sales process as an expert
·  Support new and existing sales efforts via technical discovery, product demonstrations and presentations
·  Assist in the preparation of responses to RFP’s and deliver technical and sales oriented presentations to customer’s technical staff and senior management
·  Experience with NICE inContact preferred.

Qualifications include:

·  Minimum of 5+ years practical experience in VoIP, Contact Center, and Cloud oriented Sales
·  Ability to act in a consultative manner to understand customer’s needs and earn customer’s confidence
·  Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written fashion
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires excellent time management and organizational skills to achieve results across multiple simultaneous project
·  Adept at developing design documentation
·  Deep technical knowledge of premise and cloud-based solutions.
·  Successful experience and understanding of customer pain points and business strategies as it pertains to UCC and Contact Center.
·  Understanding of Microsoft Teams, NICE InContact, and/ or Enterprise Telco Regulations Solutions (very nice to have)
