Overview of the position:

We are looking for a new colleague who is ready to join our active team. Worldline POS terminal solutions engineer main responsibilities are POS terminal integration with ECR (electronic cash register) coordination and documentation. It is expected to coordinate integrations within Baltic region and to communicate with partners from different segment leading companies. Expect to have dynamic daily work with possibility to learn about payment card acceptance and customer care in large international company.

DUTIES

·  POS terminal installation, maintenance, dismantling and preparation of related documentation
·  Effective route planning for daily work
·  Merchant training
·  Providing remote technical assistance for merchants.

 

REQUIREMENTS

·  Category B driving license
·  At least one year of customer service experience
·  Latvian and Russian language skills
·  Preference to candidates with IT knowledge, POS terminal, cash system maintenance experience.
