The function of Project Support Officer is positioned within the Acquiring Processing Division in Italy - Milan. The role is part of an international team of project managers and project support officers. The Program Support Officer (PSO) will be responsible for the program support of one or more projects in the migration program of our Front Office applications.

 

The main tasks are:

 

·  Support the Project Manager to ensure proper reporting and control on the projects, using the equensWorldline project management methodology
·  Prepare project financial and progress reports for Project Board and Program Board
·  Maintain overview of the project planning, milestones, resource planning, etc. and ensure timely updates
·  Maintain overview of active and relevant risks/issues and ensure timely updates
·  Coordinate change management process
·  Prepare communication plan and coordinate execution

What do you have to offer?

 

Our selection criteria are:

Must have

·  3-4 years experience as Program Support Officier for IT projects, preferably in an international environment
·  Good knowledge and experience with MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint)
·  Great communication skills, you know how to communicate with managers and people on the shop floor
·  High quality standards with strong attention to detail and focus on task completion
·  You are pragmatic, organized and structured
·  You are strongly result oriented and have a hands-on mentality
·  Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
·  Written and oral proficiency in English and Italian (native language)
