Core Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you are required learn the products as well as their usage in the real world customer scenarios. This role requires very high levels of technical depth to tackle the problems that may occur in Core products, operating systems, networks, databases, applications, third party products as well as custom code. In addition, you will:

Deploy, configure network based on designs provided. Good knowledge and experience with Cisco IOS and Nexus platforms. Prefer candidates with sophisticated Cisco certifications.

· 
Improve network performance by supervising performance; solving network problems and outages; scheduling upgrades; collaborating with network architects on network optimization.

· 
Secure network systems by establishing and implementing policies; defining and supervising access.

· 
Supervise and report network operational status by capturing, prioritizing information; leading projects.

· 
Effectively use troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark packet capture analysis, Netscout performance supervising tool and Netflow analyzer tools.

· 
Demonstrate knowledge on QOS configuration and troubleshooting.

· 
Demonstrate experience working with both local and global load balance configuration and troubleshooting.

· 
Flexible to work in any assigned shift and be available for any emergency calls.

Minimum Qualifications

· 
8+ years’ experience in IP networks

· 
Deployed, solve sophisticated network issue, using tools like Netscout, Splunk or other

· 
In-depth knowledge with the follow network protocols BGP, MPLS, OSPF

· 
Understand and discussed large secure networks

· 
Understand Security policies on firewalls, routers and implementation

· 
Advance test and configure core routers – define knowledge

· 
Understand SDWAN and discuss how to implement and fix

· 
In depth Network Operating Systems / Administration knowledge & experience especially for Cisco

· 
Solving networking and voice call path issues

· 
Computer networks and Network Voice Systems, VPN, MPLS, TCP/IP, SIP, network protocols

· 
Experience with Virtualized Networks including VMware

· 
Zenoss or other SNMP monitoring tools

· 
MacAfee EPO, DDOS, NG Firewalls

· 
Ability to tackle sophisticated telecommunication protocols and bring up and collect issues

·
