Job description

·  Analyze the internal and external fact base, understand the needs of internal customers and build a strategy and action plan for the segment. The action plan should target significant initial cost reductions, supplanted with year-over-year TCO improvements for the goods and services purchased while maintaining product quality and vendor service levels
·  Implement results of global RfP’s  in selected countries
·  Assure the deployment and implementation of the actions in the countries & activities and facilitate whenever necessary
·  Share the strategy and action plan with stakeholders  and obtain necessary validations
·  Assure the communication on the action plans, including their timing and impact on budgets to the stakeholders
·  Execute or lead the execution of the actions, being personally in charge of the key supplier relationships, including negotiations and production of all main agreements and follow-up of the performance and internal customer satisfaction
·  Search of creative approaches to deliver savings in the area of his/her segments
·  Lead cross functional teams with operations and other functions
·  With the supervision of the Procurement director CEE, lead internal process changes or improvements being part of the action plan or necessary for the optimization of the segment (e.g. demand management, bid management)
·  Attendance to global and local alignment meetings in order to understand and respond to operational issues which may impact timely implementation of sourcing strategies and resultant savings capture

 

 

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

·  Strategic international Sourcing
·  Demand Management and Supplier Performance
·  Ability to collaborate and communicate within multicultural virtual teams
·  Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills
·  Negotiation/Contract management
·  Facilitator, coach, persuasive, encouraging and diplomatic
·  Excellent project management skills
·  Task motivated, self-managing, strategic thinker, influencing  skill
·  Experience: 3- 5 years minimum experience in a similar field of activity, ideally sourcing experience in IT and/or experience in IT operations business with deep technical understanding and business experience
·  Language: English business fluent
