Mission

The ambition of Worldline Commercial Acquiring to always propose the most advanced product portfolio to its merchants push us to continuously analyze the potential new Payment means coming from Europe and/or from other regions and enrich our product portfolio accordingly. Those new Payment means can be credit card based or not, wallet based, local or international. The list of new Payment means to be analyzed and managed is very long: Girocard, PostFinance, Payconiq, MIR, Maestro NL, iDeal Full Acquiring, Carte Bancaire.

 

Today, GBD Commercial Acquiring is not able to assess those opportunities that represent the growth at mid/long term.

 

To assess all those new opportunities, the GBD Commercial Acquiring is looking for a Junior Product Manager for the new Payment means who is responsible for analyzing the opportunities, managing the relationship with the potentiel partners, defining business cases, requesting budget for product development, following-up the deliveries, defining and executing the commercial roadmap.

 

·  He will become the reference person within Worldline for these Group Offerings and/or Products within their respective markets.
·  He understands the customer needs, the competitive landscape and market forces and is able to uncover opportunities for creating new (or enhanced) products and solutions.
·  Business cases, marketing plans, requirements and solutions definition, request for proposals and many more are his challenges.
·  He works closely with engineering to ensure delivery of the product(s)
·  He works closely with the product architects for the solution definition/design.
·  He works closely with the sales & marketing to ensure the product is in lines with the demand of the market.
·  He works closely with the support teams to ensure the product is supported in a professional way during once it is in run phase.
·  He communicates both internally and externally to ensure the promotion of the products he's responsible for.

 

 

 

Profile

·  First experience in product management in the payment industry
·  Ability to develop detailed requirements and user stories
·  Proven analytical skills and a superior ability to use data in order to drive decision-making and feature prioritization
·  Good communication skills
·  Very good knowledge of written and spoken English (and German if possible)
