For our SAP practice, we are looking for junior consultants (m / f) nationwide with initial SAP project experience.

For the SAP HR team, we are looking for an SAP HCM Junior Consultant with knowledge of at least two of the SAP HCM core modules PY, PA, PT, and OM, who should ideally be complemented with knowledge of Self Services (ESS, MSS). They have already gained initial experience in personnel processes, labor, wage tax, and social security law and payroll accounting. You have good analyzing skills, your communication is goal-oriented and integrative mediating between the different interests. You solve problems with the active involvement of the relevant departments and colleagues.

 

Your tasks include:

 

• Participation in requirements analysis, cost estimation, configuration of SAP HCM core components according to general instructions and in cooperation with the SAP HCM (senior) consultants and developers

• Participation in the preparation and planning as well as independent execution of module and integration tests in sub-areas with related documentation of the errors that occur

• Creation of documentation taking into account the relevant methods and tools

•Pointing out implementation alternativesin a defined area of ​​responsibility

• Participation in the preparation and delivery of customer/ user presentations and workshops in English and German

• Supporting customers after implementing projects, receiving customer inquiries, clarification and initial implementation

• Knowledge transfer and training at Atos internally

• Cooperation with internal and external contacts as well as offshore suppliers

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor's degree or comparable in the field of business administration, business informatics, computer science, alternatively completed vocational training and professional experience (2 years)

• Professional and project experience in the area of ​​consulting and customizing (1-2 years) in at least two of the areas SAP HCM PA, PY, PT, OM and ideally also in the area ESS / MSS

• Basic knowledge of human resource management, especially in German payroll accounting

• Knowledge of implementation projects and application management

• Knowledge of ticket tools such as SAP Solution Manager

• Basic programming knowledge in ABAP / ABAP OO is desirable

• Basic knowledge of UI5 / Fiori is an advantage

• Very good spoken and written German and English language skills

• Communicative and team-oriented personality

• Good presentation skills, independent and on-time work, independent and confident communication with customers, team-oriented and responsible personality

• Willingness to travel
