Within the Technology Strategy and Innovation practice (TS&I), we are looking for ITIL Expert to join our consulting team. This role is available in various locations across Poland.

Job Description

·  Advise on best ITIL practices and ways of implementation/customization of Service Desk
·  Developing and managing a cycle of service improvements.
·  Preparing policies and SOPs in area of ITSM processes in accordance to ITIL v3
·  Preparing and/or customizes reports, workflows, and processes in Service Desk Software
·  Driving the further development and implementation of ITIL standards across the organization
·  Acting as the point of escalation for service incidents to ensure adherence to prescribed Service Level Agreements.

 

Requirements:

 

·  Experience in ITSM role or similar
·  Bachelor or Master’s degree in computing sciences preferred.
·  ITIL intermediate certificate of higher required
·  Experience in managing and controlling SLAs.  managing delivery and operations of ICT services
·  Knowledge of service desk applications and ability to setup according to ITIL specs.
·  Prior experience in delivering Client Application services to IT throughout the service lifecycle.
·  Ability to identify service vendors, establish services and manage vendor performance.
·  Experience in IT delivery and Service management in a large-scale and diverse environment of incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
·  Project management experience, managing budgets, schedules and multiple stakeholders.
·  Experience in mentoring and coaching multi-cultural teams.
·  Experience in people and change management
·  Experience with waterfall and agile software development methodologies
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills
·  Excellent command of English, C1 level is a must and and ideally another European language especially French or German.
·  International mobility to serve our global clients and work with our Consulting teams in London, Paris, Munich, Amsterdam, Geneva, Madrid
·  EU work permit is a must
·  Location: anywhere in Poland, likely to be close to a city with an international airport.
