PERFIL - EXPERIENCIA

 

Profesional de Sistemas - Más de 8-10 años de experiencia en la tecnología.
Idioma Ingles - Nivel Conversación y escritura

Debe garantizar la disponibilidad de las aplicaciones que forman parte del servicio.
Resolverá las incidencias que se presenten.
Monitorear proactivamente servicios / conexiones / recursos a los efectos de detectar anomalias.
Interactuará con áreas operativas a los efectos de dar seguimiento a las escalaciones.

Compromiso - Comunicación efectiva - Proactividad - Trabajo en Equipo

Competencias Técnicas:

• INDUS UNIX sobre entornos UNIX/WINDOWS / ORACLE – Excluyente (ya que es la base de nuestras tareas diarias)
• Conocimientos de ORACLE y Scripting – Deseable (no excluyente)
• Capacidad de análisis de cancelaciones en Jobs/procesos
• Experiencias en Conectividad y disponiblidaid de Servicios de aplicaciones
• Experiencias en operaciones y monitoreo de servicios de Data Center (Restore-Backup para entornos SAP)
