Global HRBP – Support Functions

 

Main Purpose of Role

Working closely with the Head of Functions and the Management team of the Functions Acting as a single point of contact to contribute to the achievement of business objectives.  An active member of the leadership team with equal levels of influence and participation. Proactively supporting the delivery of end-to-end HR Processes cooperating with the other HR professionals.

 

Overview of Role & Main Responsibilities

 

Strategy

·  Contributing to the development of the business strategy within the scope of responsibility
·  Contributing to the development & implementation of HR vision and strategy
·  Challenging strategic business decisions while making effective use of strategic tools to analysis

 

Staffing & Management

·  Working close with senior management to agree on quantitative & qualitative (skills & capability planning) workforce planning in line with business strategy
·  Driving the execution of people equation plans
·  Designing, developing and monitoring initiatives to attract, retain and develop workforce capability and flexibility within the organization
·  Supporting redesigning the organizational structure to enhance organizational effectiveness in line with local and Global social process.
·  Implementing organisational changes, including coordinating with local HR colleagues in other countries for changes in working contract and HRIS tool implementation.
·  Driving the employee engagement improvement together with business

 

Career Development

·  Designing and developing career frameworks with business to enable employees and management to make decisions on how to develop required capabilities
·  Responsible for execution of talent identification / development processes within the organization in cooperation with Talent Management team within own scope of responsibility
·  Ensuring appropriate succession planning process is in place and executed with business
·  Coordinate IDP process in the Functions and implement appropriate training plan, in the respect of the Function budget.
·  Responsible for the high-quality realization of performance management process within the scope of responsibility.
·  Making sure that “expected standards” are in place and communicated / implemented

 

Compensation & Benefits

·  Monitoring and challenging salary review and out-of-cycle pay increases (MySalary) in line with group policies
·  Responsible for on-time and within budget delivery of the regular salary review cycle, within budget, for own area of responsibility (MySalary)
·  Coordinating the BSC process including communication of the guidelines (MyCareer Performance & Reward)
·  Establishing benefit and reward plans in consultation with C&B based on the needs of the business

 

HR Governance

·  Accountable for the full service delivery of the HR portfolio within the scope of responsibility
·  Evaluating the contribution of the HR function to meet the strategic needs of the business against KPIs / CSAT surveys
·  Ensure compliancy against company policies and local rules and regulations. Ensuring necessary and regular communication and coordination with local HRBPs in the GBUs where employees of the Functions are located.
·  Providing advice to business on how to manage potential legal risks relating to employment matters in an international environment.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

·  Responsible for engaging with relevant partners; maintaining a positive relationships that helps facilitate the negotiation and closing of collective agreement phases

 

Change Management

·  Co-responsible with the leadership team for initiating and leading mid to long-term change management projects, typically of a complex nature
·  Use the appropriate communication skills to gain commitment and sponsorship from stakeholders

 

Required Skills:

·  Fluent English
·  Professional HR qualification (university level) or equivalent
·  Proven track record of managing complex people issues, working with the business to manage organizational change and working strategically
·  Solid experience in influencing and coaching senior managers to maintain high business performance through employee motivation
·  Confident in using HRIS / Success Factor suite and other Atos HR tools
·  Business and financial understanding
·  Strong communication & negotiation skills, proven proactivity and skills in team work
·  Strong focus on results and execution
·  Business and market awareness
·  Project Management and Change Management Skills
·  Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
·  Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
