ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT (Retail Vertical) Atos IT Solutions & Services, North America

 

Essential Functions:

·  Investigate and deeply understand business and technical requirements of customer and scope solutions to pilot through deployment
·  Plan these solutions based on business priority, technical complexity and dependencies
·  Efficiently identify and document data-related, or workflow obstacles in service architecture and/or applications (some own, some vendor provided)
·  Ability to work with various application teams, including vendor teams
·  Ability to identify root cause of issues related to process, network, security, payment processing and financial reconciliation – suggest remedies short & long term
·  Govern implementation of the solutions and ensure quality delivery 
·  Identify any improvement in overall operational process such as monitoring, automation 
·  Work with different stakeholders, including customer to plan implement these processes
·  Establish a continuous improvement processes to improve reliability of the solution

 

Essential Qualifications:

·  15+ years of overall experience in IT organizations
·  3+ year of experience as an enterprise architect
·  Understanding of the retail domain and related applications such as autonomous retail, e-commerce, supply chain, Inventory management, Warehouse Management
·  Experience in integrating multiple application; especially in retail domain
·  Past experience in working in production support and operations
·  Ability to deep-dive into the solutions to identify root cause 
·  Experience in design and deployment public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure.
·  Demonstrating abilities to derive, define, and explicitly represent various artifacts within The Enterprise Framework.
·  Understanding the meanings and relationships between various models.
·  Developing and maintaining project level and enterprise level model consistency and integration.
·  Ability to drive solution strategy involving a combination of hardware, sensors, network, support portal and backend databases. 
·  Able to travel once the COVID pandemic allows it.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

·  Mid-to-advanced knowledge of IoT ( I nternet o f T hings), applied analytics and edge computing
·  5+ years of experience delivering omni-channel connected retail solutions
·  5+ years of overall experience in creating systems integration roadmap for solutions implementing multi-vendor strategy
·  1+ year of hands on working experience on projects delivering customer analytics

 

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
