Als Business & Solution Engineer übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Lösungen ab der Idee bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme. Dies startet beim Verfeinern einer Marktidee resp. deren Anforderungen, geht über die Definition der Lösung über die verschiedenen Applikationen mit den Development Teams bis zur erfolgreichen produktiven Einführung. Sie sind Teil eines motivierten und dynamischen Teams, welches die Zukunft des Unternehmens wesentlich mitgestaltet.

 

 Ihre Aufgaben

 - Analyse der Kunden- und Unternehmensbedürfnisse

 - Erarbeitung einer Lösung über die betroffenen Applikationen

 - Machbarkeitseinschätzung und Kostenanalyse

 - Steuerung der Umsetzung mit den Development Teams

 - Begleitung der produktiven Einführung neuer Funktionen

 - Schnittstelle zwischen Produkt Management, Sales und Entwicklung

 - Führen von kleineren Projekten

 

Ihr Profil

 - Höherer Fachschul-/Universitätsabschluss in IT oder Engineering

 - Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Business Engineer oder Requirements Engineer

 - Dynamische Persönlichkeit mit Macher-Mentalität

 - Hohe Motivation, die Marktentwicklung mit zu beeinflussen

 - Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten

 - Kundenorientierte und kommunikative Person

 - Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
