For our Shared Service Center (part of Unified Communication and Collaboration - UCC division), we are looking for Business Analyst with English. Candidates without experience are welcomed to apply!

Responsibilities:



· Processing standard transactions in SAP and other systems, such as Order Entry, Change, Closure, Billing and proper cost allocation;
· Validating order packs and confirmations;
· Contract package validation, Contract administration in SAP, Equipment and SLA entitlement;
· Management of customer invoices distribution;
· Handling customer queries;
· Identifying and resolving readily identifiable, clearly-defined problems;
· Performing Month-end, Quarter-end and Annual Closing activities in your area of responsibility;
· Communicating with, primarily, intra-organizational and external contacts on invoice clarification activities;
· Providing training to new employees for specific areas of responsibility as defined by the Team Lead/Senior BA.
· Ensuring completeness, accuracy and high quality of the daily operations by achieving the agreed KPIs, team and personal targets;
· Ensuring adherence to contractual commitments, service level agreements, company policies, procedures, rules and accounting standards.



Job requirements:



· BS/BA or advanced degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance OR relevant working experience in the function (i.e. Internship) where applicable;
· 0-1 years experience in relevant field;
· SAP, MS Office (advanced Excel skills), Enterprise Data Flows and Systems (ERP, etc.);
· Proficiency level in English Language Skills B2/C1;
· US shifts coverage (15:00 – 24:00) as per schedule;
· Good Analytical Skills, Customer Orientated, communicative and ready to build professional relationships with peers and management.
