As a Customer Advisor, you'll be part of a small dedicated team that handles every aspect of the customer journey for the Argos on eBay brand.

You'll be the first point of telephone contact for outbound calls to our customers booking in home deliveries. Build relationships over the phone with our customers and through eBay messages. Provide information on additional product & services and direct customers where help is needed.

Ideally you will have:

Excellent listening and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Office 365
Previous experience in a customer contact centre role
Strong team working skills
A positive attitude and genuinely want to help our customers sort out any issues they have.
Resilience with the ability to move on to the next call/eBay message

Working hours

This role is a fixed term contract for 3 months with the possibility of a permanent contract.

We are offering a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Overtime is often available to help support the team at busy times.

Candidates must be fully flexible between 6am to 5pm. 5 out of 7 days, Sunday to Saturday.
