The Accountmanagement is an important part of Amazon Pay's growth strategy and helps our merchants grow their business.
The position as Working Student Amazon Pay (Werkstudent) offers the opportunity to support the German Amazon Pay Account Management team as of September 2019 in set up and execution of various projects.

The role is based in Munich for 20 workhours/week (Duration minimum 6 - 12 months).

In this role you will:

· Explore new potential growth strategies for Amazon Pay merchants including direct merchant contact
· Track and asses performance of business partners
· Outbound calls to support merchant KYC
· Plan and execute activities at merchants
· Frequent check of integration quality in terms of usability and functionality
· Manage monthly newsletters
· prepare and support weekly reporting

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluent in German and English as well as good communication skills
· Current university student of business/ computer science/ economic/ business engineering
· Minimum Bachelor degree
· Strategic thinking, ideally first experience in business development
· Data analysis skills – e.g. Data analytic, pivot tables, experience in market and business analysis
· Attention to detail
