DESCRIPTION

We are looking for highly motivated, quality-centric senior engineers with deep end-to-end web application knowledge to design, develop and research technologies that sets the foundation for a new family of products from the ground up.
You will work on both desktop and mobile development, make the most out of the modern tools like Node.js, React, ES6, and play an integral role in a product that will change the industry, and will be used globally at large scale. Successful candidate must have a strong drive for results, good interpersonal skills, and is a team player who has the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up like environment independently.

Responsibilities

· Front-End Tech (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
· Front-End Systems Design
· Scalable, Federated Front-End and Middle Tier architecture, understanding of Web or Mobile optimization including CDN, Performance, Scalability, and Asynchronous Event Driven architecture
· Coding - Logical and Maintainable
· Expertise in object-oriented, prototypical, or functional programming paradigms
· Production Quality code development including testing, maintainability, and scalability best practices
· Coding - Data Structures and Algorithms
· Core computer science competencies around performance and optimization, problem solving, and efficient Front-End and Middle Tier code
· Insist on the Highest Standards / Operational Excellence
· Front-End Engineers set a high bar for code quality and own and maintain large scale Front-End Systems with potentially division wide impact.
· Front-End Engineers deliver production quality software that has a direct impact on the customer experience, and are operationally responsible for it’s maintenance.
· Earn Trust / Deliver Results
· Front-End Engineers interact with and influence multiple teams without authority to continuously raise the bar across the division. They are experts in their field and work to improve the skills of those around them.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience working with modern Javascript View libraries such as ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS or similar
· Hands on experience with state management solutions like Redux/Angular/RxJS
· Experience with NodeJS, NPM and Bundling Systems such as Webpack, Rollup or similar
· Experience with quality control systems like linting, unit/integration/UI testing
· Experience with AWS and Serverless technologies is a plus
· Experience working with or developing UX design systems
· Experience working with server side middleware technologies (Spring MVC, ExpressJS, Rails, etc)

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
· Deep understanding of Javascript, HTML, and CSS fundamentals is essential
· Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures and problem solving
· Experience creating Scalable, Front-End and middle-tier software solutions
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
