Title: UX Producer II
Worksite: Santa Cruz, CA

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for quantitative and qualitative research supporting the Selling Partner Services product and development teams, including a specific focus on mobile products. Manage multiple parallel projects comprised of designers, developers, product managers, domain leads and other individuals and teams. Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead teams to define and deliver solutions. Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, prioritize competing program opportunities, and determine ways to measure project success, including defining and managing new lean user-centered processes to increase the success of project deliveries. Build repeatable processes to help plan and manage multiple parallel projects. Track and report the business impact of projects, including anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints. Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Digital Communications Design, Visual Arts, Mass Communications, Art, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, or as a User Experience Designer, Information Architect, or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): programming with a major programming language such as Java, C++, C#, or C; formulating and solving both discrete and continuous optimization problems. Domestic and international travel required up to 50% of the time.
