DESCRIPTION

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE in Seattle,WA: Perform as the design lead for the end to end design of large-scale products that focus on a user-centered design approach. Work closely with product owners, software engineers, other designers, and user researchers to create innovative design solutions that impact millions. Mentor junior designers on your product to scope and prioritize their design work, while acting as the bar raiser for their deliverables. Assess and analyze current site data and user behavior to understand target users deeply by developing and working from user profiles & conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or user stories, help to create and analyze user research. Conceive and create designs that address both the primary user as well as business goals and influence future patterns to support the production workflows and systems. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications (redlines) for web and mobile. Work on multiple projects concurrently while handling different types of design requests and perform design reviews for other UX designers. Refine, maintain and enforce current design guidelines and strategies. Adeptly handle changing priorities throughout a product life cycle. Review design solutions from wide variety of teams and departments. Translate complex customer interactions into simple, engaging user-centered solutions. Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, executives, and other designers in overseeing design throughout the planning and development lifecycle for interfaces to help define best-in-class user experiences.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Primary requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Digital Communications, Digital Design, Visual Design, or a related field, or related field and 5 years of experience in position offered or related experience as a User Experience Designer, Information Architect, Visual Designer, or a related occupation. Employer will accept two years of experience in the position offered or related experience as a User Experience Designer, Information Architect, Visual Designer, or related occupation.

Employer will accept two years of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
