DESCRIPTION

We are looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Program Manager that can develop and deploy projects focused on transportation.
The Program Manager will play a critical role, receiving inputs from Operations teams and Business areas, transforming it into solid and robust projects to support the continuous improvement of our business. This role is inherently cross-functional — this Program Manager will work closely with internal teams including operations, technology, tax, finance, legal, safety, loss prevention, HR and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
. Deep dive into Amazon technologies available WW that we require to be customized and enabled in the local market.
· Prepare specifications and technical detail to fully define the scope, use cases, requirements on processes, local legislation to translate the project's needs to the teams that will need to develop it.
· Control technical documentation such as flow diagrams and layouts.
· Develop and audit project schedules, installation plans and budgets.
· Support in coaching and guidance of all project teams throughout the full project life-cycle.
· Ownership to collate, review and present weekly project performance reporting.
· Participation in cross functional infrastructure projects.
· Own project documentation including hand-over certificates and Post Morten.
· Lead project meetings and articulate to solve project's pain points.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Business Administration or related area.
· Project management Skills (PMP certificate desirable)
· Experienced on dealing with new technologies (or fast learner).
· A self-starting team player who is willing to roll up the sleeves.
· Results oriented approach with high level of analytical, team leadership and organizational skills.
· Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and speaking)
· Skilled in Excel (advanced with macros) and MS Project
· Able to travel +10% of time
