Trainee/Intern Program Manager

Job description
DESCRIPTION
For recruitment and onboarding of new hires, the TIPM will be responsible for:
· Liaising and managing open houses or networking events with the recruiting team, cluster leadership and participants
· Partnering with employee branding team to coordinate social media content production;
· Developing a positive onboarding process for new hires
· Monitoring of progress, morale and well-being of trainees and interns
· Transitioning unsuccessful trainees with outplacement support
For employee engagement, the TIPM is to create an environment that supports continuous learning and personal actualization through active engagement:
· Plan, coordinate and execute AWS derived personal development programs like ASPIRE (Amazon Skills Program in Raising Engagement)
· Plan and organize community relations events (soup kitchen volunteerism) and environmental activities to engage our workforce beyond the professional environment
· Coordinate and organize weekly or monthly newsletters to communicate and engage all employees with the latest information from the cluster

Microsoft Office proficient
Good written and spoken English
Personable and gregarious
'A' level, Diploma equivalent or higher qualifications
Able to work with ambiguity
