DESCRIPTION
ENTITY: Amazon.com Services, Inc./Amazon.com Services LLC
LOCATION: Seattle, WA
MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE
1. Responsible for forecasting, organizing, and coordinating with both internal infrastructure teams and customers.
2. Work closely with service owners to understand product roadmaps and devise programs to meet capacity requirements.
3. Collaborate with the Internal Business Development Team and own the ingestion, forecast, prioritization, and management of network capacity programs and projects.
4. Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
5. Clearly communicate with technical owners, product managers, and senior executives.
6. Drive process and tooling improvements to increase visibility, throughput and output quality.
7. Facilitate program management across remote teams and subject matter experts to troubleshoot and problem-solve project issues, remove blockers, report status and ultimately deliver the project while maintaining all project constraints.
8. 10% international travel.

Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in business administration/management, engineering, computer science, math, logistics, or related
Discipline followed by 5 progressively responsible years of experience in technical business development. Experience must include:
1. 5 years of experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path
Management.
2. 3 years of experience devising and implementing kpis across an organization
3. 5 years of experience in network engineering, systems engineering or network access across multiple large internet service providers.
4. 5 years of experience optimizing cross-functional operations.
