DESCRIPTION

It is Day 1 for Prime Reading and we are looking for someone eager to Think Big and Deliver Results on behalf of customers.

We are seeking a seasoned product leader to define the product roadmap focused on driving continued growth and expansion of the program. In this role, you will help set the vision for Prime Reading. You will be a visible and vocal champion with internal and external partners to expand value and innovate on behalf of customers.

Our ideal candidate will have deep product management experience, a well-rounded understanding of business (e.g. finance, marketing), experience in (or enthusiasm for) machine learning solutions, and the ability to balance of thinking strategically and maintaining a keen attention to detail. A passion for books also helps!

We have a single threaded focus on continuing to make Prime Reading a product that our customers love and seek a leader to champion that vision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams and across all levels of the organization
· Ability to define and deliver a growth-focused, innovative product roadmap that delights customers and drives business growth
· Experience working internationally or with international stakeholders/business partners
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
· Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of experience in product management, or equivalent
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
· Experience working with designers, engineers, and/or marketing teams to build premium customer-facing features and services
