DESCRIPTION

At Amazon, we are working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, organized and process oriented individual to be our Office Coordinator for the Cairo site. The successful candidate will form a key part of our Cairo operation, taking responsibility for the efficient running of the entire site, as well as various general administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth running of the site.

The Primary Responsibilities of an Office Coordinator include (but are not limited to):
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the Leadership Team for Selling Partner Support
· Manage the booking of meeting rooms and ensure the smooth running of these meetings
· Arrange Travel, Accommodation, Restaurant and Taxi itineraries for visitors from other sites
· Interact with Amazon counterparts on a global basis to arrange meetings, conference calls, schedules
· Interact with GREF and security teams to ensure any site issues are addressed in a timely manner
· Create and maintain email alias lists and organizational charts for the team
· Manage employee engagement budget and activities
· Assist with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation
· Organize small-scale team events and larger scale department/ company-wide events as required.
· Take proactive steps to ensure that best practice and coordination is seamless across all interfaces for cross-site events such as peak planning
· Make timely decisions using independent judgment on a regular basis.
· Carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of Cairo area · Experience handling executive escalations · Advanced graphic design skills - Fluent in other foreign languages

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Some college required and/or equivalent Corporate Service job experience. · Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written in English ·Demonstrated ability to work with a team in a very dynamic environment · Experienced with Microsoft Excel · Experience writing process documentation · Excellent coordination, project management, and organization skills · Should be comfortable with a multi-tasking, high-energy environment. Should be creative and analytical problem solver with a passion to provide excellent customer service · Attention to detail is paramount · Able to dive deep into data and present information in a coherent, articulate manner
