The Role:

· Test Fidelity – perform and assure all tests run in CN labs exactly same as SOP/SPEC.
· Support global standardization process (spec/sop) - Technical support internal & external clients of supplier key tests station training and calibration as necessary.
· CPI lab Testing & Co-work with international peers for the projects communication.
· Tested data collections and intelligence system establish support.
· Providing design proposal to build fresh tools and fixtures.
· Perform benchmark tests and provide data to project engineer.
· Handle the outsourced test.
· Maintains in-house testing facilities, sim system and samples inventory.
· Train CM supplier reliability team on test set up (travel as necessary).
· Good ability in multi-task and handling a large number of tasks at once.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experienced in handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- College or above required, EE or mechanical education background
- Minimum 3 years' experience including one-year lab test experience.
- Communicable and basic English write and oral skill
- Able to learn new technology with limited guidance
- Strong team work spirit and communication skills.
- Able to adapt changes.
