We are looking for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our Central EU Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, focusing on maximising equipment reliability and operational performance of equipment.

This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at this time and make a real impact in defining the EU reliability program, ensuring our fulfilment and sort centre facilities are adopting world class maintenance methodologies.

In this role you will:
· Embed proven reliability processes into the EU maintenance strategy
· Evaluate and predict performance (Using data) to increase asset performance ant total life cycle cost
· Integrate RCM protocols to professionally and systematically define, design, monitor and refine asset maintenance plans that include
· Develop the use of RCM, FMEA, Criticality and Maintenance Task Optimisation
· Ensure effective utilisation of predictive and other non- destructive testing methodologies
· Manage and support key vendor relationships for network wide issues
· Develop systems and programmes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime of critical assets
· Provide technical guidance and decision making for site related escalations of engineering issues and improvement requirements
· Be a key stakeholder in supporting fulfilment and sort centre engineering teams for technical and major network support requests

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· In depth knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) systems and the ability to facilitate such systems for network rollout
· Hands-on experience in material handling systems (MHS) installation, operation and maintenance an advantage.
· Experience and knowledge of modern CMMS and preventive / predictive maintenance techniques

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Master degree in Engineering (any field) or a related field from an accredited university
· Experience in the job of Reliability Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or related discipline
· Secured core professional qualifications: a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP); a Certified Maintenance RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance); FMEA/FMECA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis); Criticality Analysis; LCC (Life Cycle Cost) analysis and a Reliability Professional (CMRP)
· Experience in delivering asset reliability programs with network rollout
