DESCRIPTION

We are a growing a multi-disciplinary team addressing everyday customer needs through a combination of quality assurance engineering, frontend development, backend software engineering, and machine learning engineering. We are looking for quality assurance engineers (QAE) to enable us to deliver high quality customer experiences through rigor and innovation. If this is intriguing, read on.

For online fashion shopping, the convenience, selection, and price benefits of shopping online have yet to be fully realized. Today the online shopper's largest friction is evaluating fit and size, trust in quality, and the evaluation and discovery experience.

Our team’s ultimate goal is for customers to easily evaluate and discover items they will like: across the globe, on laptops and mobile, etc. We need to build beautiful, intuitive, responsive user interfaces that our customers will use to discover items, evaluate fit and refine our understanding of their tastes. Hence, we need QAEs who will not only test our customer experiences rigorously, but also deliver step function innovations on our test automation tooling and processes. Our QAEs are not pure black box testers; they are able to understand code, debug problems, write automated tests, and deliver automation frameworks and tools that accelerate our rate of delivery.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Define a test methodology across different products. Analyze device system performance vs. expected results
· Shows creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to generate and communicate meaningful development metrics
· Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment, in close contact with development and business teams to understand business requirements and to communicate problem impacts, cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings.
· Experience in designing the automation framework for Web/ Devices

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BE in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience of minimum 5 years, with demonstrated QA experience in an SDET or QAE role.
· Expertise in test methodologies and test processes
· Ability to understand technical specifications and generate test cases from them.Should be able to generate test reports and dashboards for management communication
· Comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings
· Strong organizational skills, ability to track multiple test executions simultaneously and synthesize the results.
· Experience developing in at least one of Java, C++, Python, C#, Ruby
