DESCRIPTION

Machine Learning is evolving the way we are building new marketing products, programs and services and smartly marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement. The Consumer Behavior Analytics (CBA) organization is strategically and uniquely organized with SDEs, DEs, Product managers, Data/Applied Scientists and Economists to solve challenging predictive analytics problems at Amazon scale by providing data driven actionable insights.
The Principal Product Manager will define and deliver products to help Amazon build a global marketing measurement platform based on Machine Learning techniques to measure & optimize Amazon’s multi-billion dollar advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities
· Establish product innovation roadmap to perform multi-touch attribution for advertising campaigns for all countries where Amazon has a presence
· Setup and launch multiple data acquisition products to add new data sets to Amazon's existing data to better understand consumer behavior and use it to optimizing Amazon's overall marketing spend.
· Manage data partners and drive standardization of processes for acquiring, analyzing, building and deploying insights using data from multiple systems
· Liaison effectively between business, finance and technical teams delivering the products and projects as required by your programs
· Partner with engineering teams across Amazon to leverage the extensive Amazon eco-system to enable on-demand measurement using state of the art engineering

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Past development experience using programming language Java/C++ with data modelling expertise
· Experience using data science to generate business value and drive executive decisions
· Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, and a consideration for scale, efficiency and performance with proven ability to earn trust of both customers and delivery teams.
· Experience working on automated marketing technologies
· Familiarity with various AWS technologies (S3, DynamoDb, Kinesis, EMR, Cloudformation, Sagemaker, SNS/SQS) and related architecture pattern

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Master’s degree in engineering (CS, EE, Systems) or MBA with multiple years experience delivering analyical services.
· Minimum 6+ years of program/product management experience
· Strong organizational skills and expertise in using project management tools
· Experience in media industry, online advertising, web-based technologies, cloud solutions, big data technologies
· Proven ability to communicate clearly with executive customers.
· Experience as product or program manager within Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development environments
· At least 3 years of past software development experience is required for this role.
· Ability to write requirements and create prototypes as needed to demonstrate the needs of technical and non-technical users.
· Experience working with a globally distributed teams and drawing efficiency from round-the-clock operations.
