Amazon B2B Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to lead our worldwide onsite marketing channels on both Amazon Business and Amazon.com.

The Org
The B2B Payments team supports Amazon's rapidly growing B2B business worldwide. We own the payment experience and the payment methods required to support every transaction on Amazon Business. We are a key enabler of Amazon Business's growth and global expansion, and have introduced many innovative payment solutions to support organizations that range from a single employee to enterprises with thousands of buying accounts.

The Role
In this role you will build, execute, and manage campaigns for products across the B2BP portfolio, worldwide. As a channel owner, you will become the subject matter expert, identifying opportunities for improvement and influencing product strategies accordingly. This will include overseeing ongoing campaigns, expanding into new placements within the channel, and sharing learnings and recommendations across geographies and products.

We are seeking a leader with the ability to communicate priorities and work effectively with various stakeholders across product teams and external teams. The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical abilities and a track record of finding practical, simple and creative solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or functionality.

They should be comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy solving challenging problems. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong Ownership, Learn and Be Curious, and Bias for Action.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years relevant work experience in marketing
· Experience owning and driving large-scale, multi-product campaigns
· B2B and/or Payments marketing experience
· Experience in SQL, HTML and advanced Excel skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related field or equivalent experience
· Experience managing and measuring marketing performance
· Campaign planning, execution, and ability to analyze results for optimization and insights
· Demonstrated ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes; solid Excel skills
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
