Our Amazon Flex application works in concert with our advanced logistics systems and technology. These technologies allow delivery partners to onboard, schedule delivery times in advance or on demand, and be guided through their deliveries with in-app mapping, navigation, and more. Our ability to engage with, support and provide a world-class experience to both customers and our delivery providers has become more critical as we continue to expand the number of active delivery providers.

You will lead a development team that builds next-gen features for the driver app world-wide on both iOS and Android platform.

The successful candidate is expected to be a hands-on technical manager who understands and sets a high bar for all parts of the software development and deployment life-cycle including: design, development, documentation, testing and operations. You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment. We're looking for people who are smart and can get things done.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years managing development teams
· Experience in organizing projects and delivering quality releases on schedule
· Experience in building and leading development of complex software systems
· Good judge of top software engineering talent, and ability to grow their careers
· Ability to work well with clients and juggle competing demands, good communication skills
