We are seeking an energetic and detail oriented marketing site administrator to own and project manage new content, site updates, and changes to our advertiser-facing global websites. This person will be responsible for owning the input queue of changes, and executing to spec against the inbound requests. We are looking for a candidate with extremely high attention to detail, comfort with new tools and technology, an eye for defect-free customer experiences, and an ability to move quickly to deliver on time. The marketing site admin will be responsible for learning how to use our site content management system, to develop pages, upload and tag content, conduct quality assurance and testing, and pushing the experiences live on site. We are a team that values operational rigor, delivering results, insisting on high standards, and building engaging and high-quality customer interactions at scale. The right candidate will be self-motivated and looking to grow in this role and in our marketing organization over time.

Your responsibilities will include:
· Developing a ticket queue that collects the right assets and inputs for site and console administration
· Managing requests in a timely manner; completing site and learning path development without defects
· Improving and automating elements of the two management systems over time; evolving content assets and tagging structures as tools mature
· Creating measurement for the request tickets, and driving down operational load within 12 months
· Thinking of new ways to improve the customer experience on the website and learning console based on content discovery, site hierarchy, or design
· Owning site and console updates across 12 marketplaces, including updates in non-English locales
· Implement mechanisms for prioritization and t-shirt sizing of requests with data

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of marketing experience
· Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
· Bachelor's degree in a marketing/business-related discipline
· 1-3 years' experience in site administration or marketing operations
· Proficient PC skills (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Experience working with content management systems and/or learning management systems
· Demonstrated capacity to thrive in a fast paced workplace and deal with ongoing change and ambiguity
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent project management skills; ability to simplify and implement process improvements over time that drive results
