DESCRIPTION

As a Marketing Campaign Analyst, you will gather and analyze data that provides insights to empower the marketing team with performance insights and forecasting trends for both long and short-term marketing campaigns, projects and strategic initiatives. The Marketing Campaign Analyst functions at both a strategic and tactical level to improve our marketing data and analytics capabilities that enable us for exponential future growth.

The ideal candidate has a passion for data and marketing, thrives in a fast-paced, team environment, and is committed to helping drive measurable results in our marketing programs. He/she must be comfortable collaborating with business partners across multiple teams, but working independently using multiple data sources and tools to solve business challenges.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with marketing partners to understand payment products and the customer experience when applying, activating and using the payment products
· Work with Marketing Campaign Managers to define the right mix of KPIs that measure campaign performance across multiple channels including digital advertising, email, direct mail and events
· Research and use data sources form multiple areas of the business to build campaign dashboards and reports that identify trends that enable performance improvements
· Translate campaign performance metrics and business trends into meaningful insights that help Marketing Campaign Managers plan short and long-term solutions
· Use visualization tools to drive marketing storytelling across multiple products and teams in concise and compelling ways
· Respond to ad hoc reporting requests to help evaluate the impact and ROI of marketing initiatives
· Be able to move quickly to adapt our business operations to keep pace with industry changes
· Self-starter, with the ability to take initiative to understand problems and build solutions to solve them with little day-to-day oversight

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficient understanding of marketing data and technologies for both digital and non-digital channels
· Hands on experience with site and web analytics tools, advanced level Excel skills (vLookups, pivot tables, advanced calculation formulas, etc.), Tableau and/or other data visualization tools
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and self-motivated to meet deadlines and project requests

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years of experience in Marketing Analytics
· Demonstrated track record of creating and delivering insights using marketing analytics that have driven change and positively impacted business performance
· Outstanding communication skills (written/verbal) and comfortable working with global teams
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science or other related field or equivalent experience
