DESCRIPTION

Learning Developer
Amazon is looking for a customer-obsessed, driven, problem solver to support maintenance of learning programs and develop learning content designed to equip Amazon employees with HR processes and systems knowledge to support our growing business. This includes eLearning development, performance support and just-in-time content, instructor-led course materials, and knowledge management solutions. The Learning Developer will continuously improve upon Employee Service's learning programs. The role requires an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before. Specific responsibilities will include:

· Support design, development and maintenance of business critical learning programs.
· Contribute to the development and implementation of team templates, learning models and overall best practices.
· Create, update, and continuously improve learning programs materials (elearning, videos, just-in-time performance support development, ILT).
· Collaborate with the Employee Services Learning Solutions Teammates to report monthly on the status of programs including: delivered projects, success metrics, work in progress and new requests.
· Stay current on new learning approaches, technology and tools through continuous research to ensure our solutions deliver innovation.

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (graphics/visual design, education, or instructional design).
· 2+ years of experience in instructional design and developing learning content.
· Demonstrated proficiency with tools such as: Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects
· High English proficiency.
