We are looking for a customer-obsessed Instructional Designer who will be responsible for overseeing training delivery, instructional development and knowledge assets. Your work will creatively use instructional design, learning methods, videography, and appropriate technologies to enhance learning and engage learners through blended learning solutions.

You are comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You understand adult learning in addition to being a creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for excellent customer service. You are also willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done while insisting on the highest standards.

· • Assess, develop and implement innovative networked learning solutions that assist the business to meet strategic initiatives and future growth
· • Be hands-on; work directly with development teams and stakeholders to produce extraordinary training content and agile eLearning solutions
· • Determine the proper blend of learning solution that reinforces hands-on application of the tools, enhances the learning transfer, and engages learners
· • Develop first-hand experience with the appropriate subject matter (systems or products)
· • Conduct technical and editorial reviews of training content
· • Utilize project management skills to define and meet project milestones, communicate issues and risks in a timely manner, and manage customer expectations
· • Manage projects and processes in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional technology, educational technology, organizational development
· At least 3 years' experience in an instructional design role.
· Experience developing courseware to current Industry and adult learning standards, performance support aids, online tutorials and/or other training materials, including gaming modules
· Experience with eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Flash and Software technology like HTML, Javascript for learning portal design
· Experience working with Learning Management Systems like Moodle, Cornerstone (Amazon's current system)
· Multi-media development skills in audio, video, and/or animation
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
