DESCRIPTION

Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) Instructional Technologists provide creative and technical expertise by building interactive and engaging web-based learning solutions. You will be a part of the innovative Learning Technologies team and focus on designing and building internal learning tools. Our Instructional Technologists are obsessed with creating excellent user experiences. They use modern web-based technologies to create new ways of learning and interacting.

Some of our key projects include building simulated environments for learners to practice new skills, custom social learning platforms, and using learning data to influence the learner's experience.

Responsibilities
The right candidate will own the technical development of learning features or products. You will communicate with users, owners, and stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs. You will design and deliver solutions creating prototypes and experiments to test when needed. You will collaborate with other Instructional Technologists to integrate solutions into a larger network of learning technology, creating a cohesive experience across our solutions.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
· Strong understanding of JQuery, Git, NodeJS, and Express.
· Experience working in full-stack web development.
· Experience with AWS.
· Verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
