We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join the HR Centralization team as a Regional Center (RC) Lead. As a HRRC Lead, you will have the opportunity to OWN YOUR IMPACT by acting as the first point of escalation for Regional Center Coordinators on their shift; providing training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to team members; managing process workflows within the shift- reviewing and taking action on Associate exceptions; and ensuring that the next shift is set-up for success by providing detailed end-of-shift washes. This role will also lead the execution of larger processes within the Regional Center including HR Cases queue management and investigations. Role will rotate to be the “Shift Lead” for a respective shift. Shift Leads facilitate Stand Ups and coach teams through the workflow. This is a dynamic role that can provide foundational HR administration skills to individuals new to Human Resources or be a career for experienced HR administration professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Shift Management: Providing training and guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems. Managing shift workflow. Collaborating with other shift leads to ensure that their shift is set-up for success.
· Problem Solving: Acting as first point of escalation to client sites. Partnering with client sites to resolve escalation, and track and share with others to mitigate repetitive issues.
· Customer Relations: Partner with assigned client sites to address questions, identify gaps, and resolve issues.
· Data Analytics: Produce and analyze reports to assist with labor planning and management. Utilize HRIS systems for data entry, modification, and reporting.
· Compensation and Payroll: Partner with multiple site managers to ensure payroll accuracy through audits, reporting, and proactive measures.
· Roster Management: Partner with multiple site managers to ensure roster accuracy through audits, reporting, and modifications.
· Time and Attendance: Partner with multiple site managers to ensure employees are on the correct schedule and shift patterns. Compile reports to support sites in identifying associate with attrition-risk.
· Associate Engagement: Work with Associates to answer HR questions and provide guidance where required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Degree in HR, HR Management, Labor Relations, or a related field
· 2+ years of Field HR experience, ideally in Amazon
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits and employee issues as an employee in Human Resources
· Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and when given a deadline, you know how to motivate yourself and your team to meet it.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
· Organized and detail oriented. Accuracy is something you strive for · Ability to lead and teach others in a collaborative and inspiring manner

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree in Business or Economics related field and 2+ years of related work experience
· Intermediate PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and can analyze data in Excel using pivot tables and Vlookup.
· Experience with HRIS, Payroll, and reporting systems
· Fluent in English and German language
