DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Drive associate engagement activities at the site to ensure higher morale and productivity
· Proactive sensing of ER issues
· Grievance handling
· Kronos Hygiene (attendance)
· Payroll management
· Co-ordination with recruitment and ERC Team
· Statutory Compliances for the site
· Ensuring Contractors / Agency HC and Compliances
· Onboarding/orientation of new hires
· Maintain accurate headcount and other HR reports
· Work with agencies to ensure timely hiring and ensure desired physical presence on floor
· Support HRBP in engagement related activities
· Discipline management through performance management systesm

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA-HR / MSW or equivalent from recognized university

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Preferred background work experience in HR of having worked with Large Warehouse/Logistics/ Manufacturing organization.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Must be able to work well as a team player
· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
· Overall experience of 2-3 years
· Demonstrated intense customer focus.
· Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
· Consistent effort, intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed.
· Strong team player, acts like an owner, and ultimately focused on delivering results with high standards
